Custom software that does exactly what your business needs.

We design, build and operate customer and commercial systems — from face-to-face customer engagement to complex business logic and developer tooling — in as many countries as you need. Some we build for you; some we build and operate as our own platforms, deployed into your infrastructure. Either way: exactly what you need, without the licence costs of off-the-shelf software.

Where standard platforms start costing you

Every enterprise software demo looks like a fit. The bill arrives later — in seats you don't use, in workflows bent to the tool, and in change requests that take a quarter.

Licence cost
Standard platform

Per seat, per year, forever — and it grows with headcount, not with value.

Channel Affairs build

You own the solution. Licensing stays minimal, or disappears entirely.

Fit to process
Standard platform

80% out of the box; the remaining 20% is where the budget goes.

Channel Affairs build

Built from your process outward. The awkward 20% is the starting point.

Multi-country rollout
Standard platform

One global config, then a local exception list nobody maintains.

Channel Affairs build

Local legal, health and insurance rules designed in.

Integration
Standard platform

Connectors sold separately, by a partner, on a separate roadmap.

Channel Affairs build

HR, finance and operations systems connected as part of the build.

Who you deal with
Standard platform

An account manager, a ticket queue, an implementation partner.

Channel Affairs build

The CEO, the lead developer and the lead designer. Directly.

We also work inside Salesforce and SuiteCRM when that is genuinely the right answer.

Our core capabilities

Four capabilities, one way of working. Each product below has its own page with the full story.

01

Customer engagement

Systems that connect a business to the people it serves — at the counter, before the appointment, and everywhere the relationship is managed.

Face-to-face CRM for hearing-aid retailers

A custom CRM built around how hearing-aid retailers actually work with customers in person — the in-store journey, follow-ups and aftercare — rather than a generic sales pipeline bent to fit. Built to the retailer's process, integrated with the systems they already run.

MyHearing

An AI patient qualification and engagement platform for hearing care. It pre-screens inbound enquiries through validated clinical self-assessments, prepares qualified patients before their appointment, and hands the clinician a complete, sign-off-ready data pack before the patient arrives. Every result is confirmed by an audiologist; the platform holds no personal data.

Insurance Claims Portal

A health insurance claims portal for hearing care. It streamlines how claims for hearing services and devices are submitted, tracked and settled — connecting clinics, insurers and patients so a claim moves from consultation to payout without paper forms or phone chases.

02

Commercial logic

The rules that run a business, managed in one place and kept consistent everywhere they're used.

Pricing Engine

A single source of truth for pricing logic — prices, discounts, insurance vouchers and every other cost-influencing factor, evaluated per customer. Rules are updated centrally, without code changes, and every consuming application gets the same answer. A built-in cost simulator shows the impact of a pricing strategy before it goes live.

03

Developer & knowledge tooling

Tools that keep the knowledge inside a codebase from walking out the door.

Support & Knowledge Hub

A durable, searchable, git-backed knowledgebase for any codebase — so the context that usually lives in developers' heads doesn't leave when they rotate off. Pages are plain markdown in your own repo. AI can draft from the code, but every page is reviewed by a human before it's published. Self-hostable, and exportable to Word or a static site for clients.

04

Systems integration

The connective work that makes the systems you already run talk to each other — CRM, HR, finance and operations — so your data and logic live in one place and work everywhere.

A small senior team, and no layers

Strategy, engineering and design sit at the same table across three countries. Whoever you speak to is working on your project.

Jona Burgdorffer
CEO

Jona Burgdorffer

Frames the problem with your management team and stays on the project until it is running. No account layer.

Milan Kaneria
Lead developer

Milan Kaneria

Builds the solution he helped design — including the integrations into HR, finance and operations. No handover.

Isabella Burgdorffer
Lead designer

Isabella Burgdorffer

Designs interfaces and content flows for the staff who use them daily, not for the demo. No shelfware.

How we work

AI accelerates the work. People own the judgment.

We build with AI throughout our own process — but we treat it as a way to move faster on the repetitive and exploratory work, never as a replacement for the human deciding what's right. The boundary is deliberate, and it's the same one we build into everything we ship.

Where our software uses AI, one principle governs it: human sign-off, no black box. It can draft, score and suggest — but nothing is published, recorded or acted on until a person approves it. The source of truth stays in your systems. No proprietary lock-in.

What we use AI for

+Drafting code and scaffolding new work
+Generating documentation from the codebase
+Writing tests
+Reviewing code and surfacing issues to look at
+Exploring concepts, designs and approaches
+Generating scenarios and options to weigh up

Where we draw the line

We don't build systems that run without human oversight
AI accelerates and suggests; a person decides and signs off
Its output is never assumed correct until someone verifies it
We remove repetitive, monotonous work — within strict boundaries, not by removing the human

This isn't a policy on paper — it's built into what we ship. Our Support & Knowledge Hub lets AI draft documentation straight from a codebase, but every page lands as a draft for a human to review and approve before it's published. The same principle governs MyHearing, where no output reaches a clinical record until an audiologist confirms it. Accelerate the work; keep the judgment human.
